Personal Information with attachment functionality and workflow in WDA based application

Hi Team,

I have requirement to update master data based on attachment after workflow approval.

I want to use standard personal information service based on WDA.

is there any way we can use attachment and workflow for personal information.

We are on EHP 7 and using all ESS WDA based application.
