ESS : Requirement to add POWL list for a leave application

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have a requirement in ESS scenario for a leave request :

It is a custom development wherein we have 4 process steps :

1. Overview
2. Edit
3. Review and Save
4. Confirmation

The requirement is:

• On the first screen i.e. the overview screen, we want a list of request submitted by the employee with some details like Date, status etc.
• In the edit screen a form will be placed where in some of the fields are autopopulated and some entered by the employee.
• The same form is made read only in the 3rd screen
• And after submission a Confirmation message on the last screen.

Now my doubt is, should we use POWL to display the list on the Overview screen or is there any way to show the list based on the employee role as it may differ from employee to employee.

I am using GAF FPM (Roadmap) embedding different windows on each step.
