Reverse Withdraw Process E-Recruiting.

Dear expert.

I am using Manager Self-Service -->Overview-->Recruiting-->Requisition Overview and I need Reverse Withdraw Process for a Requisition.

However as the requisition is with Status Finished the system not allow Reverse Withdraw Process.

My question is:

How can change the status for this Requisition : ?

The system only allow Reverse the requisition if this is with status In process.
