ESS - Record working time Automatic approval in MSS.

Dear Experts,

We need to change the existing process of record working time approval.As of now in ESS portal we are applying OT comp hours for particular day and its released from there and in R3 sytem we are manual approving it and data is been updated in Infotype - 2010.

Automation of existing RWT  process:

Now it has to be change like once released from ESS portal it has to go approval in MSS portal with notification once approved from their to has to be updated in  R3 sytem infotype 2010.

What existing configuration has to be changed and how this can achieved?
