Error on applying leave on behalf of Employee.

Dear Experts,

When Manager Applies leave behalf of Employee say eg:  "Leave request:Sick leave (20.10.2014),on  behalf of  xxxx employee, he his getting error "Already Annual  leave is being taken"

I have checked R3  there is no leave entry for particular date.

Also request to share config and portal path  on Behalf of employee absence and other data  can be maintained  in portal.

Where will we  maintain this kind of entry "Leave behalf of employee(ESS or MSS or Time Keeper).if you can share path and screen shot it will useful. .
