We are implementing ESS in EHP7 and UI5.
The requirement is: When employee updating bank details or address, system should trigger a workflow and the details should be validated by HR administrator, if approved update in SAP, if rejected notification is sent back to employee and workflow completes.
Can you please help from your experiences how did you achieve this requirement.
Just also wondering is there any workaround solution SAP has released during our latest EHPs
We don't want to use HCM forms to do this, as we cannot replicate all the standard checks and validations in HCM form which are already there for change bank and address functionality.
