Error in the create talent review meeting screen

Hi Experts,

In the Create Talent review meeting Iview of Talent management specialist role, the Add button to add the participans for the talent review

meeting is giving 500 SAP Internal Server Error, ERROR: Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE).

And the add link to select the org units to conduct talent review meeting is not displaying the Org units.

Facing these issues, in-spite of doing all the back-end configurations.

Request you to support if this is any sort of system bug or any notes to be applied ???
