Hello Experts,
Everytime we hire a new batch of employees we get a certain number of pernrs that have the wrong country grouping assigned and they cannot change their information on ESS due to the wrong country grouping assigned. When we run RPUFIXDS program it resolves the inconsistencies. Can anyone please explain what causes this inconsistency in country groupings to originate in the first place because we get a lot of tickets for it and would like a permanent one time solution. Thanks!
