Show approved / rejected items in POWL.

Hi

We are using POWL for approving leave request etc, we are on EHP7.

System deletes the item from the list as soon as the item is approved / rejected, is there a way that we can view items some where in POWL even after they are approved or rejected rather disappearing them from POWL  ?
