SAP GUI for HTML - Export to local file doesn't work

Hello,

we use the SAP GUI for HTML to show the results of reports in the Internet Explorer(IE10.23).

In the report you can normaly export and donwload the reportresult as a list.

I get the selection window, where i can choose the format, but after a click on the green arrow happend nothing.

Can anybody help me, we dont't have the last stack installed.
