Leave cancellation workflow error

Dear All,

I have issue in ESS portal where when user trying to cancel sick leave, system prompt an error message as below:

"User does not have authorization to start workflows"

I have checked SU53, no authorization error. I check in SWETYPV to check if there is an error with event. Also no error found.

Any idea ?
