Leave posting issue of APPROVE leaves

Hi,

I am facing issue in leave posting. I have scheduled batch job of report RPTARQPOST every 2 hours. I found lot many cases in which leave is in APPROVE status but system has not posted that leave. When I run this report manually, I did not get any message in error field. Even while running this report manually also, these leave requests are not getting posted. Please let me know what should be the reason for not posting leave and how I can post these type of leaves.
