Employee Recognition Popup in PA40 Hiring Action (CE scenario)

HI,

Can you please guide how can I make one custom field (added to a standard infotype other than pers data 0002) appear in Employee Recognition popup search window.

The standard screen has Title, Last Name, First Name, BirthDate and NI number (for GB).

I want to hide the NI number field and add one custom field and modify the search logic accordingly.

I found a badi HRPAD00_RECOG_SCREEN but not sure how easy/how far can we achieve using this?

Please advise.
