We are implementing appraisal process (flexible process) throus ESS MSS Ehp 4,
Appraisal participants are as like
employee-> Manager (appraisee) -> 2nd Manager (Furhter participant)-> 3rd level manager (Further participant).
Now our issue once manager (apprasee) approves appraisal document its going to both 2nd and 3rd manager at a time both can approve or rejct the appraisal document and it will go to next staus level and 3 rd level manager review again one of both 2nd and 3rd level manager can access appraisal document (both 2nd 3rd level manages can see puch buttons to approve or reject) and can approve or reject to complete the appraisal process.
where as it should be , when manager (appraisee ) approves the its should go to 2nd level manager for approval and once 2nd level manager approves then appraisal document should go to 3 rd level manager for his approval to complete the appraisal process.
