Currently we are evaluating the requirements of a certification and document centre.
So far, certificates such as employment tax statements were sent via postal mail to the employees.
There is no standardized SAP service available yet which would enable the employees to take a look at issued certificates.
In your humble opinion, what kind of features should a certification and document centre offer?
Which certificates and documents (e.g. certificate of conduct) would you make available for your employees in the ESS?
How do you currently solve this issue?
