Approve Timesheet popup is not displaying

Hi,

My requirement is to call Leave approval POWL screen on my custom webdynpro application.

Following below proceduce.

calling url http://<fqdn>:<port>/sap/bc/webdunpro/sap/HRMSS_A_CATS_APPROVAL_1/?sap-client=400&sap-language=E&sap-wd-confid=HRMSS_AC_CATS_APPROVAL_1.

After calling url work item popup is displayed (see below screen) but then i select subject link to action there is response i.e. its not displayed any time sheet.

Below screen is not open when i click on subject
