Dear Experts,
We have CICO Corrections and when the employee do some corrections and submitted for the approval we have a batch job scheduled for the report
RPTCOREMAIL which will send mails for the employees about the corrections status either approved or rejected and to the manager about the pending
corrections.
In some cases the mails have been sent multiple times to a single user. The same mails has been sent more than 10 times to the managers inbox.
Could you please let me know the reason for this and how to solve this issue.
