SAP ESS Address Phone Number Update Error

I am facing the below issue when I configured new Address Subtype.

We are using UK Address screen which has 3 telephone numbers. When I create the Address subtype from ESS, all telephone numbers gets saved from the portal. But when we display it again, only first telephome detail is displayed, rest two telephone numbers are not displayed . These two telephone details are not getting saved in SAP ECC as well.

But when I create these telephone numbers in SAP ECC, it gets dispalyed in ESS correctly.

As we are in go-live process, we need urgent help
