SAP MSS Reports

Hi Experts,

We are implementing SAP ESS/MSS in EHP6. We have two requirements here

1) We have to remove all the standard reports from MSS Launchpad except Emplee Data and Time Management.

2) We need to design some reports in SAP Query and these custom reports should be made available in MSS Launchpad.

Please help us with your inputs how these two requirements can be meet
