MSS - Status overview page - Employee dropdown

Hi,

I am using EHP 5.0.

In MSS, status overivew page, We have selection criteria which is having category ID, category group ID, Appraisal template ID and employee (drop down).

I would like to know how the data is getting fetched , whether its fetching based on object and data provider?

Could any one please let me know from where this is getting filled and which data is fetching, it would be really halpful for me.

Note: I have debugged ,found IF_POWL_FEEDER~GET_FIELD_CATALOG this method is getting called from the class CL_POWL_QUERY_ACCESSOR which is filling the data. But its not helping much for me.
