Limit available Tax Years for China Year End Tax Form

Hello Experts,

We are currently using HRESS_A_REP_CN_CTXD to display the year end tax form for China.

However we would like to limit the available tax years so that only 2015 on wards will be available in the drop down list.

Can you suggest how we can accomplish this?

We have found a BADI HRPAD00_ENTRY_LEAVE which we can implement however this is used in a lot of places which presents a high risk of affecting other areas once we active the custom implementation.
