ESS-During payroll lock - submitted leaves are not been considered for deduction

Hi Folks,

By taking all standard classes, function modules, webdynpro components, we designed similar to ESS frame work for SAP Time management(Negative). we are on EhP7.

During payroll lock, submitted leaves are not been considered for leave quota deduction. Please let me if we missed any configuration for this.
