Pernr locked in ESS Personal Info

Hi all,

We are in EHP & Suport package 607 in Dev & Qty.

I have followed the steps from Making ESS Personal Profile read-only dynamically

I set the WD application parameter READ_ONLY_PERSONAL_PROFILE equal to 'X' the application won't cause a lock.

It is not locking in Development system. I can open PA30 of a employee and his Personal Info also can be opened. But when I moved the TR to Qty, it is not happening. PERNR is getting locked in Qty.

What could be the issue. ?? I checked in Qty the application parameter READ_ONLY_PERSONAL_PROFILE equal to 'X' .

What else i could check and how can i solve this.??
