HRA need to be available in IT Declaration ESS/MSS

Hi Friends

I've a requirement where HRA need to be available in IT Declaration service drop down.

I've already maintained the use cases in V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP

Kindly let me know what else I need to configure. Since for HRA configuration I don't see any settings under India: Country-specific applications.

Current system: EHP 7

Portal: 7.3
