ESS personal information for employee

hi,

i have the following requirement for ESS:

HR department want to have a point where they can enter employee specific Information in "short words" -> like "Please change your bank account IBAN". When employees enters ESS via NWBC this "employee message" should be displayed somewhere there.

Is there any SAP standard way to achieve this ? This means:

1) Is there any infotype to enter the text on employee level ??? (and i mean NOT IT 0128, as there are only text modules allowed, and no flexible text).

2) Is there a way to display this "free text" in ESS for the employee ?
