Position field is not getting defaulted to 99999999 after termination through FPM form

Hi,

I am creating a FPM form for voluntary termination. After final approval from workflow, data gets saved into database properly but its not updating the position field to 99999999 after termination in IT0001. It still contains the position on which the employee was hired.

The holder for the position is also getting delimited and the vacancy is also marked as open.

Please let me know how we can update the position field to default position.
