Currently design phase in progress for shifting of SAP HCM to Workday. Only payroll and time module will be kept in SAP.
Need and advice for - What is the best approach for moving of data from Workday to SAP via PI. i.e an inbound interface kind of approach ?
Is it best to directly update the database without calling the actions?
OR
Is it best to create a custom report and use HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION to update database and trigger pre existing actions?
