NWBC: work item empty

Hi experts,

in our objective setting and appraisals scenario we use workflow.

In R/3 the workflow works fine and the workflows are sent to appropriate inbox.

My problem is in NWBC: the "edit work item" application is empty and contains no work item id.

Any help?
