HR Renewal Landing Page - Creation of a new Chip

Hi !

Does anyone know of any guidelines to create a new chip in Eclipse / WEB IDE and to add this to the landing page? I want to show a traffic light system (which I already know how to do), but the issue is the chip itself.

I already tried to create a SAP UI5 Application (based on HRPAO_TASKS_C) and then upload into SAP via program /UI5/UI5_REPOSITORY_LOAD and to create this new chip in TCODE /UI2/CHIP but it does not read my controller well and we get the continuous 'loading'

All I did was create the simplest of views (XML) as a basis but I can't even get that far.
