Hello,
When a user is clicking on a Time managment link in MSS Portal the Netweaver window pop-up, the portal "tries" to connect but after 4-5 min the error that page cannot be displayed is shown. Autorizations checked- everything is ok, other MSS functionalities are working for this user. I have reset the user settings in backend, cleared cache in browser, but still the same error. Do you have any ideas what may be a reason for that?
