Completed forms not visible for Managers

Hi ,

 

I am having an issue with the forms not visible for the managers after completion. Scenario given below.

 

1. Employee goes to ESS and raises a separation form. The details are populated and he submits for approval to his manager.

2. Manager checks his UWL and he get a work item. He clicks and the adobe form opens.

3. Manager clicks on approve and he attaches a document to the separation form and submits. Once submitted the infotype gets updated.

4. Employee goes to ESS -> My Processes -> Status Overview and can see the completed form as well as open the attachment specified by the manager.

5. However manager when logs in to MSS->Services->Employee Related Process Overview he cant see the form at all.

 

 

But on a different note if the manager is initiating the form for the employee he can see it.

 

My understanding is eventhough manager did not initiate the form as he was part of the process the form should be visible and thats the requirement from the client side

 

Please advice if any of you have experienced this issue. Your inputs are highly appreciated. Many thanks.
