Fiori Apps - Employee Lookup - Direct Reports

Dear All,

Fiori Apps - Employee Lookup is working if i maintain A 002 and A012 relationship for manager.

but it is misleading as it shows all employees of that org unit.

Direct Reports should show only who comes in A 002 relationship pls help
