Evaluation Path to Find Immediate Manager

Hi,

Good day...

Since i am working on e separation, need to know the evaluation path for Employee to Reporting Manager role.

I used Evaluation Path EE-RM however which throws the reporting structure till last person in that hierarchy.

requirment is to find immediate manager only i.e A002 relationship.

Pls find below screen shot:

for me, said evaluation path give me 4 persons as reporting managers hence approvals process is going wrong.

Please provide solution for this on urgent basis.
