Workflow not getting triggered HR Forms and Processes

Dear Experts,

I have created a custom workflow and attached it in process as well. However, its not getting triggered.

I am executing the process through Tcode HRASR_TEST_PROCESS.

What all transactions codes need to be checked for the workflow functionality.

Is there any config need to made specifically for the workflow HR forms and processes.

Kindly help me out in this.
