UWL: Manage Substitution Rule Nominee

Hi All,

I have an issue in Portal 7.4, after upgrading from Portal 7.3.

Portal UWL-> Create Substitution Rule -> Find People

Find People is not fetching Employees.

Note: Substitution is working fine from back-end system.

Please let me know any idea why Find People screen is not fetching employees.
