Substitute manager not able to approve employee’s requests

Hello All

We are into EHP6 and using HR Renewal Substitution for approval process, managers are able to substitute users on task level. We have also tested the employee’s requests are going the substitute managers, when substitute manager trying to approve employee’s work item, blank task are displaying. We have given all automation on structural profile level too.

Example:

We have substitute a Manager  for Employee time approval, When employee submits working time, substituted manager receives work item to His/ HerUWL. When substituted manager selects workitem for approval, working time is not displaying.

Please suggest us, what need to be changed or any parameter need to be activated?
