P&F for statutory leaves like maternity, paternity and adoption leaves not updating infotypes 88 and 2001

Hello ALL,

We are using P&F for statutory leaves like maternity, paternity and adoption leaves and in this process we are updating IT0088 for respective subtype and IT2001 for respective absence type.

A standard backend service SAP_PT is not updating  IT2001, as it have dependency on IT0088, process is updating both infotypes at same time , so updating for IT2001 getting fail.

Could you suggest any alternative for updating the infotypes
