Cats error-An error occurred on starting the workflow.

Hi All,

When we try releasing the time sheet, i am getting an error-An error occurred on starting the workflow.

I have maintained the task as General and created a variant WORKFLOW for the program RCATSB01, but still getting the same error. I checked lot of threads, but they all say about this making the task as General, which we already did. Can you please let me know if there is anything else we have to do apart from this..
