I have seen the below issue being raised before but didnt find the exact solution. We are on ECC EHP6 and the components are most recent and hence some of the suggested potential notes are not applicable. Just wondering if any of guys know anything else to fix the issue.
MSS->Home Open detailed team view. Double click on the employees and open up the short profile. All the values are coming as "N/A" even for fields like Position / Org Unit.
