Clock-In/Out Corrections regularization

Hi Experts,

We have configured Clock-In/Out Corrections in ESS and now facing followings issues.

Scenario 1:

1. Employee had applied for a casual leave for 8th Feb 2014.
2. It was approved by my reporting manager.
3. Leave cancellation request raised successfully for the same date i.e 8th Feb 2014. And was under process (approval / rejection from reporting manager awaited).
4. Another request for leave cancellation was raised successfully for the same date i.e 8th Feb 2014, which was accepted by the system and created another instance of leave cancellation

Here we want to set validations, that system should not allow to raise the cancellation request for same date.

Scenario 2:

We want to add drop down list for reasons when employee click to Edit button in Regularization.

E.g.

• Present-ID Card Lost
• Present-ID Card not activated

Please guide on the same.
