Hi Experts,
I am getting error, when ESS users are tying to raise leave request it is showing error like agent determination failed.(which are not having superiors) this is happening in Portal(T-Code PTARQ) not in Workflow.
My Requirement is User (A) is creating leave request and his superior (B) position is vacant, at that time it should go for superior's superior (C) position for approval....
So could you plz help me with your Experience......................
