Hi Experts,
We have implemented Performance management through POWL and the workflow is as follows,
- SAP HR admin will generate templates for the employees
- Employee will sets Objectives/Goals from ESS
- L1 manager will approve/reject the Objectives/Goals set by the employee from MSS
- Employee will fill up the output/achievements corresponding to each goal
- L1 Manager gives comments corresponding to each goals
- L2 Review manager will review and approve the appraisal document and complete the process
But there are following issues
- L1 should access only his own and subordinate appraisal documents under ESS, but system shows all appraisal documents which are generated by HR admin.
- L2 Review manager cannot access appraisal document under MSS, its coming under ESS only.
- Valid from and to date should be as per annual financial period (i.e.01.04.2013 to 31.03.201), but system shows 2008-2009 period.
Please guide to resolve all these three issues.
