New Button in Appraisal ESS/MSS

Hello Team,.

i have a requirement to add new print preview button in Appraisal ESS/MSS Application. it will be used print appraisal results in different layout.

Both Print and new print button should be handled in same way, so that it will call the badi HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS

1. how to create a new button in appraisal toolbar. is there any FPM component configuration needs to be enhanced?

2. how to make it work as standard print button .
