Claims and Advance Workflow configuration problem

Hi experts,

I am facing problem in standard workflow of claims WS18900023 .

when user apply for the claims successfully. but after applying ..we have checked in work flow logs .... there is no tasks was triggers and doest call the work flow also .

we are unable to check .request where to go and whom to approve also .

we need do any configuration or any activation of standard work flow .

  Kinldy help in resolving this issue .
