Implementation ESS&MSS using NWBC

Dear experts

We want use NWBC for work with ESS&MSS . The version for  Our system ERP is 6.0 ehp 6.

I am searching information and found that I have that use the role SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2.

The best practice is copy this role SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2 to ZSAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2.

I have several applications customer  ITS(Trasactions ERP), Webdynpro ABAP  and BSP . My questions is:

How can add this applications in my menu?

Can anyone help me with the steps, please.
