Workflow is not appearing in UWL and Business Work Place

Hi Experts,

I created a leave request and assigned wf12300111. I can see the detail of created request in table swwwihead.

But the created request is not appearing on both ESS and R/3 side. In order to understand the issue i looked at WF from creater user name in R/3 and checked the detail. But when i click on Belegdatenbank: Work system gave me dump

In the system below function does not exist.

CALL METHOD cl_pa_arch_utility=>check_ilm_enablement

Can you give me idea how can i fix the issue?
