For MSS we have NWBC POWL activated for which the inbox looks like:
Though I have couple of items in "Annual leave an Pay claim apporval" the number of items shows as 0 . only when i click on the link and do a mannual refresh the items are updated
any inputs on how to activate the auto refresh?
