Leave Request Delete Problem

Hi,

We have EHP7 ESS?MSS and using SAP standard leave request workflow without any custom development.

I have one user reporting that he deleted one leave req and it is shown up with Status 'Has Errors' in portal.

I checked in PTARQ and found three docs for the same leave req.

1. Doc Status POSTED (Operation: INS; Workflow status: COMPLETED; NO Time Data; NO Workflow Log, blank log screen in SWI1 for the workitem)

2. Doc Status POSTED (Operation: DEL; Workflow status: COMPLETED; NO Time Data; Workflow Log: YES, processed by manager)

3. Doc Status ERROR (OPERATION: DEL; Workflow status: COMPLETED; NO Time Data; Workflow Log: YES, processed by manager)

Can you please advise what should I do to rectify the ERROR status?
