Changes To Adjustment Service Date

Hello Experts,

I need your help and ideas in achieving the following functionality.

I want to determine the changes made to the Adjustment Service Date (ASD) in infotype 0041 with DAR01 value as 02.

If someone’s Adjusted Service Date on IT0041 does NOT change in the past year (& their ASD’s month is within the previous month), then the program needs to capture them in the Part Time report.

Is there a way by which i can figure out that a person's ASD has been changed (either an existing record is modified or deleted or a new entry is created).
