Dear Team,
As per the client HR policy, employees can get 2.5 Privilege leave on monthly basis through time evaluation & Privilege leave can carry forward on next month i.e. end of the financial year employee are having (2.5 * 12=30 PL Quota).
Suppose Employee has joined 01st January 2014
Total PL quota (till November) =11*2.5=27.5
Employee has applied for PL (Privilege leave) through ESS & approved by manager through MSS.
As per HR old Policy Privilege leave (PL) can be taken only 3 times in a year
As per the new policy employee can take any number of PL in a year.
Please suggest how to modify these changes?
